The staff of Account/Ability Resources, Inc. has a unique blend of skills and experience which is appropriately focused on each of their clients.
Dan Zaehring, Principal, has been in management for over 25 years, managing the financial resources of individuals and small businesses, implementing various computer systems to handle financial data in the form which managers need and desire. He knows the management issues in a wide array of settings and quickly focuses on those aspects needing attention.
Andrea Zaehring, Principal, has been both an independent consultant and the controller /financial manager for a variety of small businesses for the past 25 years. Specializing in financial management and reporting and having worked with numerous accounting systems, she is particularly skilled at setting up the appropriate structure to capture financial data in a usable way, especially for tax reporting requirements.
Each client receives a custom blend of staff to best suit their unique needs. For virtually all tasks, there is a second staff member as a backup.
